Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Laundry orders will be delivered within 72 hours.
    • Dry cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.
    • Urgent delivery is available at an additional charge of 100% extra.

  • Pick-up & Delivery:

    • Free pick-up and delivery are available for laundry orders weighing 6 KG or more.
    • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

  • Garment Inspection & Liability:

    • Customers are advised to inspect their garments upon delivery.
    • We are not responsible for color fading, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments/embroidery during the cleaning process.
    • While we make every effort to remove stains, we do not guarantee the removal of stubborn or unremovable stains.
    • All garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.

  • Garment Collection & Storage:

    • If garments are not collected within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date, we will not be responsible for their upkeep.
    • We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by fire, burglary, or other unforeseen events.

  • Pricing & Cleaning Process:

    • Garment pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on fabric type and complexity. The prices listed are indicative and minimal.
    • Our cleaning methods include:
      • Standard Wash (Emulsifier, Detergent, Softeners)
      • Soft Wash (For delicate garments)
      • Advanced Technologies (Perchloroethylene, Hydrocarbon)

  • General Terms:

    • We are active on all social media platforms.
    • Images of garments may be used for promotional purposes.
    • Prices may vary by store and city.
    • Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the courts in Delhi only.
